The Negativity Removal Cleansing Bar is intended primarily as a body cleansing bar. Unless specifically labelled for facial use, we recommend avoiding use on the face.
Is the soap suitable for daily use?
It is designed for regular cleansing, subject to your individual skin tolerance. If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use.
Why may my bar look slightly different from another bar?
Our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural/herbal ingredients, so slight variations in colour, texture, fragrance, and botanical appearance are natural and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
How should I store the cleansing bar?
Keep it in a cool, dry place and allow it to drain and dry between uses. A well-draining soap dish can help extend the life of the bar.
What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the package and product. For damage or missing/incorrect items, an unboxing video is strongly recommended and may be required for verification. Please refer to our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy for complete details.
How long does delivery take?
We offer free shipping across India. Orders are generally delivered within 2–5 business days in metro cities and 4–7 business days in other locations, subject to the destination and courier service.
